Want positive changes? Change your words!
A good way to make positive changes in your life on all levels is to be more aware of how you use your words.If you are using low-vibrational words, you are not getting the best results in your life.
Like ” I feel really dumb on the computer” try ” I am feeling better all the time about my computer finesse”.
Instead of ” It sucks to get older” use ” I am getting more vibrant every day”.
Instead of “My kids don’t appreciate me” try “I am happy to have a good relationships with my kids”.
Untrue! You don’t need to join, you can observe how they are choosing to express their viewpoint without lowering your own vibration to go their with them.
Just like when you best friend wants to moan and groan about her X-husband, just smile and say that’s weird mine is one of my best friends. Or change the subject if it is a sore place for you.
When people get caught in these dramas we call them pain tapes, it is like they are on a loop and keep playing the disappointment over and over. You can insert a wedge in the loop in you want to, like I just suggested or use something else like ” Gee, Sue tell us about something good in your life”. A wedge is like a thought stopper, I use them in hypnosis to stop a bad habit idea and create some room for a new idea or habit to shape up.
