Chakras are energy centers that pull in life force energy from the Universe. We have a lot of Chakras but we have 7 major Chakras.
If you would like to listen to my 1 hour presentation on Chakras you may do so here:

Each of the major chakras are connected to different organs and systems that run our body. When the chakras are spinning correctly we are balanced and can use our internal resources in a good way.
If the chakras are out of balance we can experience bad health, perverse desires, psychotic break downs and even death.
They can get out of balance through day to day life. Frustrations, painful events and not being able to get a healthy perspective bad things happen can cause a chakra to get out of balance.
Some times you will know if one is out. You might just feel un-grounded or un-comfortable. You might start to act way different than you normally do. Have a hard time functioning at work. Regular life might become more than you can handle.
Having a basic idea about the chakras can be helpful.
The 7 Major chakras are:
Root Chakra and the color here is red. The location is at the base of your spine. You sit on your root chakra. This center deals with your will to live and how grounded you are in this dimension. If you are having a hard time manifesting your goals, you may be out of balance here.
Sacral Chakra and the color here is orange. The location is around 2 inches or so below your belly button. This center is associated with sexuality and creativity. If you have problems creating or experiencing pleasure sexually this center may be off kilter.
Solar Plexus Chakra and the color is yellow. The location is right above your belly button. This center is about how we use our will, power, emotions and our general health. If we mis-use power we are off base here.
Heart Chakra and the color here is green. It is right in the center of your chest. This center holds are capacity to receive love and give love. If we are dealing with heart ache or heart break, self sacrifice we need to do some healing here.
Throat Chakra and the color is blue. It is right at the center of your throat. This chakra deals with communications, self image and inner trust. If you are having problems speaking your mind from your heart. You have some issues here.
Third Eye Chakra and the color is indigo. It is located right between your eyes. This is a space were we have creative visions and ideas and can see the Goodness in others and the divine in life. If you have a hard time doing that , then you know this chakra is off.
Crown Chakra and the color is lavender. It is on the top of your head. This is were we connect to the Universe and God Head. If you have a disconnect here you may be under a psychic attack or had one in the past.
If you have a chakra that is out of balance there are a lot of ways to help get it back in the proper rotation. A chakra meditation with color is a great way to do that.
I have a free meditation you can listen to right here:

Chakra is now a growing thought with regards on the spiritual side of man. This blog gives a glimpse of the vast reality of Chakra. But I find it presented obscurely, how could you, for example, present this “theory” to those who deny spiritual entities?
