Sometimes We Might Need To Cry and Let The Sadness Express Itself
A subscriber asked, “I have been meditating very regularly and I have been crying a lot, what is wrong?”
A lot of us have a desire to live larger and create more in our life. But we are really covered up with un-processed emotions and baggage.
Our Angels are hearing us and trying to help us put to rest the unfinished business.
In order to put some things to rest we might need to re-visit the original issue and relive it.
If we can do that and approach it from a different and higher perspective we can change the way the event influenced us into the now.
Sometimes we might need to cry and let the sadness express itself. Tears are a good way of releasing toxins too.
